Phone Compatibility
Our software is java based, and although most handsets are compatible, not all are. However, we continually monitor and improve our service and will strive to add to our list of compatible/supported mobile phones. So if your phone supports java but is currently not compatible then it may be soon.
The model of your phone can normally be established by looking within the mobile handset’s battery compartment. Alternatively, check your mobile phone’s manufacturer website or contact their support helpdesk. However, if you have any queries regarding compatibility or the download procedure then please contact our support team or, alternatively, read the FAQ.
